We make the gear mechanism from stainless steel that is treated to prevent corrosion and rust ENHANCE FLAVOR The classic mechanism brings out the depth of each seasoning. Salt makes vegetables tastier and balances other flavors. Finely ground pepper will bring out its spice, while a coarser grind intensifies the flavor.
