Very simple. Very good.

Easy to put in place. It's still up there in my shower. The more expensive one i first bought fell down basically immediately. I put my shower head on this one only when I shower. This may be extending it's life. Not sure. It's still up there although. I can point it to where I need the water to go. So far very good.
