1mg is all you need
I love Nature's Bounty melatonin. I switched from taking 3mg and 5mg to 1mg. I read somewhere that 1mg is all you need and it's true. I would have a hard time falling asleep with the higher doses and 1mg puts me right to sleep. I don't wake up feeling groggy or tired. Instead I wake up feeling refreshed. I take it almost daily and have no issues falling asleep when I take it and when I don't. Works amazing! Try the 1mg and you'll see just how effective it is.

Effective & Simple
Nature's Bounty 1 mg Melatonin Sleep Aid really does its job. I don't need a high dose, and this low strength helps me fall asleep gently without making me feel groggy the next morning. It helps quiet my mind and makes it easier to drift off naturally. I've noticed more consistent, restful sleep since using it. Simple, effective, and reliable.

Love it
Melatonin tablets have been very helpful for improving my sleep. After taking one pill, I feel more relaxed and able to fall asleep faster without feeling groggy the next morning.
