Bad wiring
This pit comes in two boxes. The first box we received was damaged and luckily the outside parts that build the fire pit were okay but the second package that included the wiring and the electrical part was all bunched up and the copper wire was Broken off. This is our first time buying from this company and when I called the number listed I was unable to get ahold of anyone. Clearly wasn't a us number. Sent a message through a messenger system and waiting to hear back. Hopping we can just replace the decline box without having to return it half way built.
