Wonderful product but expensive. Tasty %26 healthy if you use skim (nonfat) milk. I use powdered milk because I can heat the water, mix in the pudding packet, then the powdered milk. Add ins like crushed almonds, walnuts or raisins are easily done. One packet makes 4 servings. However next time I'll try the instant pudding. No need to heat the milk or cook anything. Just whip the milk %26 packet together %26 enjoy! Bon apetit!

A friend recommended this product, and it is delicious. Jello Cheesecake Sugar Free Mix adds a hint of sweetness, but without the sugar. The chemical/artificial flavor I often dislike in sugar free products is not noticeable if you add enough other elements to your recipes. Cheesecake is high in sugar, fat and calories, so it is nice to have a healthy alternative. It can take awhile to blend thoroughly, and any chunks will have a strong, artificial flavor. I recommend using a blender, food processor, or hand mixer. I added one box of Jello cheesecake mix to two cups of greek yogurt, spread on a frozen baking pan, topped it with berries and drizzled melted chocolate, and froze for a healthy yogurt bark dessert. You could also mix this with greek yogurt, add fruit of your choice, and pour it into popsicle molds.
