Poor Packaging Damaged Backing

Ordered 3 photos, 2 of the photos arrived with backing torn. Poorly packed in the box. They were just stacked together and the hanging bar on one photo ripped the backing paper on the other photo. Again, this happened to 2 photos. I would have returned them but needed to ship to family for Christmas presents. Not happy about it. If I had time I would have returned the 2 damaged photos.
