Fromm Polyester Strapping can be tensioned to a higher percentage of its break strength than any other strapping material. It provides superior retained tension under hot, humid conditions and is more resistant to such environments than other plastic strapping. It also provides greater load stability during storage and shipping. Fromm strap is strong, yet resilient enough to perform smoothly and reliably in power strapping machines and hand tools. It is more tear and snag resistant than other plastic strapping. Embossed polyester strapping takes less force to tension which results in tighter packages. When using battery tools with embossed, you will get more cycles out of your battery before charging is required. It has been shown that you get better seal joint efficiency with embossed as opposed to smooth. Embossed polyester tends to split less than non-embossed.
