I gave it 3 overall because the ac works great. but the great only blue cold air. so I need to now buy a separate heat unit. if I just wanted ac I would not have spent so much in a unit, the plenty of cheaper ones that only do that. of course, I didn't need the heat when I bought it so I just now discovered it doesn't work.

I purschased the 12000btu heat/aur conditioner. After it was i packaged %26 already in the window, we go to plug it in the outlet %26 the prongs dont fit. its a high voltage LCID plug *made in china) that dosent fit in US outlets. so i spend 2 hours on the phone with customer seevice to recieve absoutely no resolution, help nor explanation. y is this item sold on walmart.com if we cannot even plug it in an outlet! such a major wast of time %26 energy. i was EXTREMELY annoyed %26 disappointed!
