My name is Ross Dale Kelly. I became enamored with writing short fiction in Santa Cruz when I was about nineteen years old and have been writing since. While I more often come up with new ideas for stories more than complete them; I like to think of them as an outlet where my imagination can breathe. I was born in 1988 and when I wrote wrote a website with url www.pennamedragon.com living in college and published my short fiction living at my Mom's house just North of San Francisco, I hope you will enjoy my stories and books.
