Delivered late and defective upon receipt

Delivery was 5 days late on a 3 day estimated delivery and dead on arrival. Walmart local store will not support (which is why I went with Walmart in the first place) and online Walmart has deferred all responsibility and correspondence to 3rd party seller. I definitely will not go through this again.
