Very tasty

I think I've tried all the flavors of the Lotus Foods ramen. They are all very good. Not spicy, just tasty. So if you want more salt or heat or whatever your taste, just add it in. I added some Lion's Mane powder and baby peas to this to make a portion for two.

Love to bring it with me. As a vegan with celiac it can be hard to find food I can safely it. This helps a lot. Only needs hot water. And it tastes good!

Satisfying nutty flavor

I've been purchasing this brand of rice ramen for a couple of years, and I especially like the buckwheat and mushroom flavor. The spice packet adds some zing, but it's not too spicy. The buckwheat noodles have a unique nutty flavor that's not quite as strong as straight buckwheat.
