From Disappointment to One Satisfied Customer

I ordered the 2 pack of ink cartridges. The purchase and shipment was a breeze. The issue came when I opened the first box and the cartridge was broken. I didn't even bother to open the second box, I just did a return form in disappointment. However, it was quickly fixed by Walmart Customer Support and the company that the cartridges came from. Working together, we resolved the issue and what started as a disappointment turned into one satisfied customer. I will be ordering ink cartridges from Walmart and this company again. Be sure to take out the old cartridge before you try to install the new one. LOL It would be very helpful if the cartridge came with instructions for installing. It had NONE.
