When I received a defective toner cartridge, the company promptly sent me a replacement that functioned properly. They also informed me that they would refund my money if the second cartridge they sent me was defective. It was fortunate that a refund was not necessary.

fit in well and printed flawlessly.

Delivered punctually. I only inserted the yellow cartridge into my Dell E525 w laser printer, as it was the only color that was presently unfilled. The printer promptly calibrated and indicated that the cartridge was filled. The full-color flyer was printed flawlessly, identical to the factory-installed Dell Cartridge.

An excellent offer for a new toner cartridge.

This cartridge functioned identically and maintained its longevity to the Canon cartridge 1 that I had previously employed, at a fraction of the cost. The sole grievance I have is that I would prefer that it be available in single or two-pack quantities, as I currently possess an infinite supply of cartridges for my current utilization. However, the cost was so exorbitant that I would still have saved money even if I never used the remaining three cartridges.
