Not a good fit

When I recieved the shows the right shoe has a noticeably larger heal area...almost like it was stretched out. When I walk, my right foot will not stay in the shows because the heal is not secure inside the shoe. When taking a step, the show width expands and it is noticeable when viewing the shoe that it widens at every step thus causing my foot to come out of the shoe.
