Return policy is terrible

I am giving this one star because of the terrible customer service. Not because of the pad. I would suggest being very sure that you are going to keep the pad. The rug I purchased did not fit therefore I could not use the pad. I did not even take it out of the packaging. The return fee is enormous. The only way you can get 100% of your money back is if you get a gift card to purchase another pad.
