Not a happy camper

I ordered a 24" x 24" x 30" cover for the outside condenser unit of my home central air. I received a small 17" x 20" cover for a window AC unit. Every time I click on the button for returns on the Walmart site it goes no further. I guess the $17 I'm out just isn't worth the hassle of trying to exchange it.

After waiting for a very long delivery time,, I am extremely disappointed with this item. Either you lied in your advertising, or you sent me a different item that what you advertised. This is not a PREMIUM fabric! It is NOT a thick double layer fabric. It is a paper thin what appears to be nylon, screen printed with a silver underside. Not only is it flimsy fabric, it is very poorly constructed. It does not have a side slit, nor does it have two draw string hems. To add to all this, your measurements are off. It does not measure 30 inches tall, only 29 inches. Your a/c cover looks like something the Dollar Store would carry. You have 2 five star reviews for this item. One 5 star review of 12-03 says: "Fit as expected, exactly the size claimed. Heavy material, seems high quality." Is this an honest mistake, or is it bait and switch?
