I was eager to try this weight bar. I just finished physical therapy and wanted to continue at home. My therapist used a bar similar to this but it didn't have any weight. I feel like I got just as good of a work out with this as I did with my physical therapist. My arms are sore. I do think it is expensive considering it is one five pound weight which means I have to buy another to add weight.
