First customer service representative told me it was accidentally marked delivered and was confused with another customer's order. She stated I would still receive the product. Seller shorted order and told me to pay attention!
Seller seems like a scam to me. The item description clearly shows 7 bags, 4.75 ounces each. Seller only shipped one bag. i requested they send me the other 6 bags. They replied and told me to "pay attention" to what I was ordering which upset me because I thoroughly paid attention and in 3 locations in the item description, specifications tab it shows 7 bags in a package. I will never order from them again. Walmart was kind and issued a refund for the order. ive attached pictures showing quantity I thought i was ordering and their reply to my complaint.
