I was surprised! I'm 76 and wanted something for a bit of pollen discomfort. I asked my cardiologist. He said to get something for the children and try a small amount. I have 2 stents in my heart and want to be careful. This gave me 12 hours of relief and didn't make me sleepy. My blood pressure did not vary or rise. I used the smallest dose in the AM, and I was good the rest of the day and night. ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE TAKING ANY OVER-THE-COUNTER DRUG!!!!!
