I bought this phone through Wal-Mart from VoVoya Inc. Accepting the description to be 6/10 cosmetically and fully unlocked. What I received was a phone that was 9/10 cosmetically! The restoration was Amazing! Everything functions perfectly. Now, as far as being fully unlocked for all carriers. Yes, sort of... This phone was originally T-mobile, it was unlocked, but I discovered that the IMEI and eSim was incompatible for Boost Mobile. So for me, my only options in my area, was T-mobile or Verizon. Although the phone is on the compatible lists for the five major carriers in my area, it was indeed, not compatible and could not be given service from Boost, Sprint, and AT
