Hydration perfection

Not only is this delicious on its own, not watery white and fakey, but there are so many uses for smoothies, making fruit juice mocktails, and adding to recipes. I cut it with juice. Coconut water plumps your cells from the inside, whereas if you just drink tap water (not live water or structured) it may be good to flush your toxins out but for true hydration you need structure, this is perfect for feeling overly thirst which often disguises itself as hunger. If I could I would make this a part of my daily portions of my intake, and I am pretty strict about what I put in my gas tank. It is work to research, I've done a lot of it for you if you'd like to follow my reviews. Thank you!

The high cost of trying to be healthy

The cost is too high, but I like it better than the other coconut waters. It actually has the richness of a coconut milk. I don’t like the packaging or containers of coconut water, because there’s always about 2T of coconut water left in the container that you can’t shake out.

i buy the whole coconut as well. This product is pretty close to original to me. To me I say on a hot day working outside or during and after exercise, it's refreshing. Besides its one of the best ways and safe ways to hydrate. I learned that when stationed in Southeast Asia.
