Cute but toobig for 3T. might fit 5T best. The top is short for a child, would look more childlike with a longer top. however my girl loves it and saus it fits her perfectly, lol

Quality seems like it will hold up for a few good swims as she is only almost 4 and she does not swim often (thankfully). We needed to purchase something cheap and that fit her for some upcoming indoor pool birthday parties for some family members and friends and she had outgrown her last one from last year. The shipping speed was 10/10. It came within 2 or 3 days after purchasing. The color is spot on, the material is nice and stretchy and comfortable. It does have metal clasps on the shoulder straps etc. However, when I first opened the packaging there was 4-5 smaller, loose cut fabric pieces that just fell out from where it was made and cut and on the inside of the top it has loose strings and fuzzy fabric already pulling. (Wasn't a big deal as we don't swim often and it's honestly not in that bad of shape).. For the price it's a very cute cheap set and for how often we take our little ones swimming I would purchase again but be warned you get what you pay for! Overall I would rate 4/10. She loves it and it fits well. 🤷🏻‍♀️
