I bought this laptop to use for my new business. I make my own advertising and am very active on social media so I needed something that wouldn't lag down when I'm running design software like Canva. A couple weeks later, and this laptop is a champ. I've had multiple applications open at once with multiple tabs and this laptop doesn't lose a beat. I have not experienced any lag whatsoever. The battery doesn't drain near as much as I thought it would in spite of all that. It keeps a solid charge for 6 hours or better before needing to be plugged in. The interface is really smooth and simple. Anything I don't know how to do on it I can just ask Microsoft's AI about which makes things even simpler. The laptop itself came to me in really great condition. It was professionally packed so it wouldn't get damaged and had very clear instructions about first time use. Highly recommend.
