Love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Avocado oil has so many amazing benefits to it by using it. It's one of my favorite oils to use. This is a big tub of avocado oil shortening. You can bake with it and or cook with it. A little goes a long way. When cooking with it, I only use a small amount in the bottom of my pan. It melts very quickly and leaves a great taste in the food as well.

Awesome and lab tested winner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This avocado oil is one of the oil which passed the purity and oxidation test by a California lab; only other 2 passed and 18 failed. So this is a good deal if you are looking for healthy oil. This has lot poly and mono unsaturated fat. Go for this to use in baking, frying etc and enjoy the goodness of avocado in the form of oil.

Healthy alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I found this product. I feel much better about cooking with this than with traditional shortening. It is so creamy and much easier to measure than traditional butter while baking. I made the fluffiest muffins with it! I recently purchased a blackstone grill and this is a great option to cook and protect my grill with! Would be great for any cast iron pan as well
