  • The Speakers The sound comes from a true two-way speaker with Klipsch's 90 x 90° Linear Travel Suspension (LTS) Tractrix horn, rigid Injection Molded Graphite (IMG) woofer, and tuned rear-firing bass port. All of this is powered by a Klipsch-customized and fully integrated high-resolution amplifier, with a multitude of connections. Add subwoofer to taste. Use the included remote to do everything else.
  • The Turntable The Pro-Ject Primary turntable is hand-crafted and designed to extract every last detail from the vinyl grooves of your favorite LPs. It packs a low-vibration synchronous AC motor, a matched 8.6" aluminum tone-arm, and a low-distortion Ortofon OM 5e magnetic cartridge.
  • The Setup No pre-amp required, no receiver needed, and no need to mess with counterweights or skating adjustments. Find a wall outlet, setup the turntable and speakers, plug them in, and flip the switch: you're ready to rock.

WOW!

I got this combo for a good turntable and found the speakers to be the star of the show! They take up very little space and have been tuned in sonically to give awesome sound and great bass. I have thought about getting rid of my 5.2 Surround setup with prepro and separate amps and save a ton of space. OK, I don't think I will at this time but that's how great these are. Optical input for my TV, phono of course for this pretty good Klipsch Emblemmed Project turntable, 1/8 mini audio plug, USB and finally the built-in sound quality I've ever heard from a Bluetooth system. I use an iPhone 5S for this. I have not used the subwoofer RCA output because I just didn't need any more bass. The box came with everything I needed including an optical cable. OK I'm going to go back to enjoying the system hope this review helped some people.

A great combination of old and new technology

I lost my system to a flood five years ago and I was looking for a simple small sytem that would allow me to listen to the vinyl records I rescued. The sound quality is great. My records have never sounded so good. The Bluetooth wireless allows me to play unlimited digital music via my phone. The one flaw is that the drive belt on the turntable is exposed which would be OK except the belt itself has a round cross section and rolls right off the turntable with the slightest touch. It is also a pain to put back on. I am learning to place and remove my records very carefully so as not to dislodge it. That being said, I would buy this system again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic quality, easy setup

Bought this system because of how convenient it is to not have to use an amplifier, but boy am I impressed with the sound quality. Haven't even plugged my subwoofer into it yet and already they sound fantastic. If you are looking to listen to records, you'd be hard-pressed to find anything that sounds better or is easier to setup. I highly recommend this package.
