It says heated blanket with power bank. It does not come with the power bank even though it says it does. When I contacted the company and told them it was missing, they said it was delivered and not their fault I lost it. I told them they were not understanding, I never received the power bank. They told me it was not their problem. They told me I read it wrong, I am supposed to supply the power bank. I took a picture and sent them the online listing that specifically states "heated blanket with power bank" and further down where it talks about the power bank that is supposed to be included. They said they would not send me a power bank, I needed to supply my own.

The blanket turns on but does not heat!
