Did not send what I ordered

I ordered this purse and they sent me a cheap necklace. I can't return because Walmart will expect a purse returned not a necklace! The company said they would return my money and send an “invoice” but they never returned it!! I also reached out to Walmart and they did not do anything about it. They should not have vendors that do this. If I wanted a fake necklace I would have ordered one. I ordered a purse. This is bare and switch and they know what they are doing so they don't care. It also took over a month to receive this item. Disappointed and the company is a lier in my eyes.
