OVERVIEW
The Pirelli Scorpion Winter 2 is a winter tire for CUVs and SUVs that features snow edges which feature trap snow into the tread to improve performance. Three Peak Mountain Snowflake certified, the Scorpion Winter 2's V-shaped design funnels water, slush, and melting snow out of the tread to reduce the risk of hydroplaning while also working to enhance traction and handling performance. Additionally, the Scorpion Winter 2 also utilizes an optimized design that lowers rolling resistance for better fuel efficiency.

Initial impression after about 1000 miles
Have not yet had to test these in the weather for which they were purchased - northern Minnesota winter - but impression so far is very favorable. Plush, quiet ride is better than that of the Continental all-season tires that came on my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe new; dry and wet traction leave nothing to be desired.
