Note: Often time, the OEM will release a new firmware update to block out the aftermarket chip solution. This is to prevent the user from enjoying the continuous saving of the aftermarket toner solution. To avoid such trouble in the future, it is highly recommended to disable the printer's automatic firmware update feature on your printer.
① Locate the“Set up”option on the printer panel and click on it.
② Click on the“Service" option.
③ Click on the“Laser Jet Update”option.
④ Click on the“Next" option.
⑤ Click on the“Manage Updates" option.
⑥ Click on the“Allow Updates" option.
⑦ Click on the“NO" option and the printer is ready for use.

Warm tips:
Make sure your printer power is ON when you replace a new cartridge.
When your printer prompts "The indicated cartridges are Non cartridges",press "OK" to continue.
If the printer prompts "Memory error" or "Supply problem" or 'Even Code: 10.00.00" ,try opening and closing the printer front door. Then your printer will prompts "The indicated cartridge are Non cartridges" and the information button is flashing, Please press "OK"
