This is my second time ordering. I use this as a sleeping mat rather than for yoga. I have 4 dogs, and the first mat was destroyed by them clawing at it. This second mat is being treated much more carefully, rolled up, and put away before the dogs can attack. The mat is very thick but rolls up nicely and has an elastic strap that makes it easy to put away. This mat is good for yoga, as a sleeping mat, would be a good camping mat, and several other uses.
