i had anxiety purchasing this product due to the negative reviews. this purchase was for my almost 10 year old daughter. the battery came at 98% (which is better than the reviews i seen on this product) %26 not a scratch on the phone. completely unlocked, with a screen protector already in place. it came with a charging cable %26 box (not authentically apple but who cares) i am very happy with this purchase %26 so is my daughter, i would purchase again.
