Wheat Montana 4" Sesame Hamburger Buns, 8ct, 20 oz

The buns are advertised by Walmart as "Hamburger Buns" on the package it says, "Barbecue Buns". The buns do not look like the buns in the picture. The tops are brown and obviously sprayed or painted even over the sesame seeds with a brown liquid before or after baking. The package I received was in date, but the buns are stiff and hard as month old stale buns. Perhaps the baker planned on wet barbecue softening the buns so they would be editable, but they certainly are not fit to be called hamburger buns.

Stiff and dried out, no flavor, avoid at all costs.
