So yum in so many ways.

I prefer the Albacore in oil instead of of water. The oil intensifies the flavor. The water reminds me of when I had braces and everything I ate not only tasted metallic, it made my teeth and braces feel and taste weird like it was sticking to my mouth. Your experience may be different. Anywho, I like the tuna in oil. Most often I eat it straight out of the can with saltines and a large beverage like a coke or canada dry ginger ale. I used to make tuna sandwiches. Then I found myself and others scraping the tuna off of the bread. So, we started to ditch the bread. So yum.

I used to always get the tuna in water, no matter what I just thought that it would be better but after getting this one, I love the albacore tuna in oil way better because I like making tuna sandwiches but I definitely don't like it swimming in mayo %26 with tuna being in the oil, I don't really have to put much mayo at all like barely any, I could even get away with putting no mayo %26 it would still have good flavor and make a great sandwich!! The albacore tuna was great quality too, I was satisfied w this. It's my new fav kind of canned albacore tuna for sure!!

This is my new favorite tuna! Love the texture, quality and so easy to use. The taste is mild, not fishy. Its solid white albacore, but not in big hard lumps you have to chop up. In olive oil for more flavor. Its perfect!
