This item I use for a number of different things. if I want my homemade bread to hold more water, I put in a 18 teaspoon per loaf and it really helps hydrate the dough and hold its shape. other people in the family will mix it with water or a drink and you know what they take it for. yeah, it really works in that area too. 🙂

Works like the Meta brand but much lower cost!

This works as well as Metamucil but much less expensive! I use the unflavored with sugar so it tastes a little like breakfast cereal or unflavored oatmeal. It does tend to gel up a little quicker than Metamucil so make sure you stir it into VERY cold water! That gives you time to mix it and drink it down before it gels .

I'm in my 60s, have been using course powdered fiber for 25 yrs..every mrng %26 I assure u that the Equate brand is every bit as good as "Metamucil". NO DIFFERENCE..love the stuff %26 wouldn't b w/o it!! BIG difference in price, very nice savings for me..%26 hopefully 4 u 2 🤗 P S we NEED FIBER as we age
