T-Fal Stainless Steel Elegance 3 Quart Saucepan

This is the perfect size pan for just about everything. I use an induction heating device, so I needed a pan that will work . I read the comments from previous people who bought this pan. And , yes it's compatible !

I love my 3 quart TFAL I can boil milk and cream without overboiling into a mess. I can make gravy. The 3 quart capacity fulfills all the maximum requirements for a family of four. A one quart pan is too small for anything except to boil water for tea. Functionally the item is perfect. it distributes heat well from a gas flame and the top is clear glass with a metal handle. I have yet to test its claims in the oven. I notice only one drawback. The pan although of stainless steel appears to be on the thin side. This feature while enabling performance will limit the lifespan of the product. The Revereware I inherited from my grandmother still looks good forty years later! I hope this product lasts this long.
