I am on blood thinners, which causes my period to be 100 times heavier. I've struggled for the past year to find products that can keep up and, most importantly, not leak. I can only wear a super absorbent tampon with a thin pad liner for 30 or less minutes at a time because my flow is so heavy. i had to resort to gigantic heavy flow pads with a tampon during the day and super super large thick pad with double panties overnight. Even with that, i leak. Not to mention the bulky discomfort of the pads At first, i was skeptical because these actually looked and felt like regular underwear. i couldn't wrap my brain around how on earth this underwear would hold so much liquid. I love these period underwear. it has answered my prayers!!! i dont need to worry anymore about being out and about and leaking. i even wore them out one night dancing on one of my heavy days! i really can't believe this. I've bought 2 more since and even got some for my sister who is struggling with incontinence after having her baby. They are awesome! Sizing is interesting. I saw 1 reviews regarding sizing being too small so I got an xl and it fits non snug. ( im normally a large) my sister is way bigger than me and she said the xl was just fine! i think the material stretches fine and gives in the right places without cutting off circulation or making you feel uncomfortable. im 150 my sister is 200 both of us tall
