Okay for kids, but not really a racing game

The write-up made this sound like an exciting racing game, but actually it's not what I would call a "racing" game at all. Players choose from several characters in a traffic school who must go to other planets, take pictures of traffic violations, and manipulate traffic signs, etc. to control vehicles and meet certain objectives. It's cute, silly, and somewhat educational for teaching traffic laws and traffic etiquette, but probably not something an adult would choose for him/herself. It plays out more like a puzzle game than a racing game, and might be useful for building logic and planning skills. My 9-year-old likes it, although she sometimes has me help her with some of the trickier parts. The graphics and sound are decent, and the price is great. A good buy for 8 - 12 year olds.
