This battery product has a minor and a major flaw The minor flaw is that the installation screw drivers that came with the battery are not magnetic. To replace the battery, you need to unscrew and re-screw a dozen tiny, tiny screws, and having magnetic screw drivers would be a big help to keep the screws in place. It would also be very helpful to have instructions that explained which screwdriver went with each screw group. Instead, I had to do a trial and error to match the right screwdriver with the right screw, which runs the risk of stripping a screw. The major flaw is the battery warranty. The pamphlet that comes with the battery states that the battery has a 30-day replacement and a 12-month warranty. However, the product box and pamphlet had ZERO contact information displayed: No webpage listing, no address, no phone number, no email address, no fax number, no recommended carrier pigeon route, etc. It's a total ZERO. Not even the company name appears on the shipping box or pamphlet. I have to wonder if the product or the company is in some type of witness protection program. Frankly, Walmart should suspend sales of this product until the maker is fully transparent with its name and contact information to honor warranty support if needed. Until then, it's buyer beware.
