[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Install was pretty easy. The gave detailed paper instructions and also an option to download an app to visually watch it installed. I like that I don't need to take the whole back off to change the batteries, the back slides up without needing to unscrew anything. Programming is simple. I could program different codes including one time use codes. Also can program it to automatically lock after 30 seconds. It has an option to make the auto lock longer too. I like that once you punch in the code it unlocks with out having to turn anything to unlatch it. Very happy with the performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing smart bolt. My wife is a very successful interior designer and recommended that we use one of these. Not only for its functionality but also because it's nickel finish is elegant and combines well with our other hardware on other doors. The installation is super easy even for someone not as handy. You will need 4 AA batteries which is much better than having a proprietary battery or some very special ones. I was truly surprised by how easy it is to program and you can even do one-time codes of you need to let someone in only one time, like to drop or pick up something. What i am most fascinated with is the fact that you can rekey your bolt if you need to. I couldn't believe it when we tried this function. And of course the original key wouldn't work anymore. I would definitely recommend this Kwikset smart bolt to anybody that is considering one like we were. Put main idea was to have different codes for different people needing to access the house. And we got souch more than that!
