Its not Walmart, but their 3rd party. Its probably isnt even the PC but most likely the techs who shipped it out without testing it first. Got the PC that didnt work. Brought PC into the GEEK SQUAD and was told nothing was programmed o. the device. Returned product , bought amother from a different site and have recieved and set it up. Happy I got a PC that works while still waiting on my $$$ refund from Walmart....
