I recently purchased these and I am glad I did. They are the perfect size. I bought 2 prime rib roasts that weight between 5lbs and 7lbs. I cut each in half and put them in the gallon bags they fit perfectly. Now I have roasts for four dinners. We are a family of two. These bags made it quick and easy to use.
