Allows for direct access to under engine oil strainer. Retains factory fitment for compatibility with accessories. NO NEED to cut the original exhaust . When it is installed with the Pre-Muffler Pipe, it is also NOT NECESSARY to cut the original exhaust pipe of the motorcycle.

The Fact:

We was proud to offer one of the first Full Headers for the 2022 390 Adventure, and now we’ve made it better. The 1st and 2nd exhaust  converters, as well as the pre-muffler box, are all replaced with an 1-3/4” (44.45mm) straight-through system.This system allows for maximum exhaust flow from the engine and produces a deeper growl with the removal of the pre-muffler. For those wishing to see maximum airflow and performance from their exhaust system. 

Servicing is now easier with the different shape of the Header pipe allowing for easy access to the under engine oil sieve, and the system has been tested to fit with both the stock Skid Plate and the powerparts accessory Skid Plate. Where previously the system terminated into the Pre-Muffler Box, the new design extends to be mounted directly to the rear silencer.  

The streamlined design reduces weight and improves flow through the exhaust, offering a deeper exhaust note. Designed to fit a silencer with a 51.5mm / 2inch diameter. Factory bushes and frame mounting points ensure compatibility in robust, long lasting design. The hand welded, brushed finished system is a simple upgrade for anyone wanting to bring their 390 Adventure to life!
