Good Basic Ayurvedic-Tradition Daily Supplement
Triphala is a wonderful supplement made from three berries that grow in India. If I understand correctly, the combination of them reduces inflammation and nourishes gut biome as well as encouraging immune system health. According to Ayurvedic teaching It may well assist in weight loss when combined with a good balanced diet. This particular preparation has a full 250 mg in each capsule compared to the one I bought previously that only had 50 mg each and the bottle was only 100 capsules. Wonderfully enough, the price for this bottle of 120 capsules is almost the same! The capsules are a little bit big and need to be swallowed quickly so they don't dissolve and leave a funny taste of alfalfa on your tongue, but that's easy enough to manage. I recommend.

I first learned about the benefits of Triphala nearly 20 years ago but the brand I used to use got too expensive. I've been using Swanson Triphala for a couple of years. It's an excellent product at a great price. I've had GI issues over the years and I truly believe this helps.

Great product at a reasonable price!
I've been using Triphala for over a decade now and have had good and bad experiences. For example, one brand I tried years ago made me so nauseous I had to stop taking it. I've used other Swanson supplements and have been using their Triphala for about 6 months now. I'm very pleased. The dosage seems to be perfect, neither too strong nor too weak. Highly recommend.
