Didn't come with message

This was beautiful and delivered on time but without the message. It was a very special gesture for someone experiencing the loss of a loved one and unfortunately, the note attached said “sender requested no note” which just isn't true. The order even shows the message written but it wasn't given to the seller for the delivery..
