Okay…I was all ready to shoot this one down. I love Korma and lived in place where I could eat amazing authentic Indian cuisine weekly. When I opened the pouch and saw the thickness well my hope went up a notch. The seal to this deal was the taste and texture. It was just like I remembered. This definitely going back on my shopping list.

We have been experimenting with new international flavors for our family supper, and this Korma fit the bill. It is vary aromatic and flavorful. It is a mild to medium spice level. The cinnamon and cardamom are definitely at the forefront of flavor. I pairs well with rice. and fresh veggies. If I had had naan, it would have been a great addition. It's aroma and taste linger in a good way.
