I purchased a king size for a smaller size bed to really make sure there was extra fluff. Love it!!! If you are worried about this purchase, before you buy make sure you can return it in store. Beautiful comforter set for teen daughters new tropical bedroom! Her bed is only a full size so the comforter fits big, but we like it. The pillow shams are nice too! Only thing, sheets are too big for her mattress so we've put them in the guest room where they look nice
