FIT It really fits my Queen size Mattress nicely, which is just under 12" thick. I can tell by the material, it will provide great protection from bugs, insects or even dust. The zipper also has an enclosure to keep anything from entering through it. WASHING AND DRYING The first thing I did was unzipped and removed the top piece and washed it. It did not tear in the washer and dried on low heat really well. It came out fluffy and smooth. That's a plus for me since a lot of these end up having fuzziness. Not this one. INSTALLING It was very convenient being able to put one half under the mattress, laying the top half on top of the mattress, then zipping them together. No more pulling the whole thing off like a diaper. lol. Waterproof As you can see in the photos, after pouring water on it, the moisture did not got through to wet up my mattress. I love that!. Now I know what to expect. I bought 2, so I am very happy.

I really like This mattress protector! I have a 12 inch mattress, but ordered a 15 inch protector because I didn't know whether it's 12 inch one would be too tight and hard to get on. I love the material and the ease of getting it onto my mattress and zipped up.
