Just got this, have been taking zinc gluconate which is decent but doesn't have as good of bioavailability as this product. This product is high quality and a great form of zinc for sleep, muscle recovery, hormone regulation, and other things as well. Highly recommend. I take it to prevent/help me get over colds, too. Great for the immune system. Just take it with food!
