Walmart (and apparently Angi) horrible service

I bought this product and the delivery and installation service instead of buying a similar product through Amazon and it has been the worst experience of my life. I have now traveled 3 times to the house where it was to be delivered and assembled with the result being boxes in my garage and soiled carpet in the room where the multi-game table is supposed to be. The delivery service told me they were supposed to drop it at the curb out in the rain but went above and beyond to put it in my garage. The next week Angi (surprised I was interacting with Angi) sent 2 people to do the assembly and they told me it was a 3 person job because one of the pieces was too heavy to move from the garage into the room for assembly. In the process of what they did they got my carpet very dirty (NOT like “just vacuum it dirty”). Angi sent them home. I used Angi's web chat to explain the issue, provide pictures of my messed up carpet and convey what the installers told me about it being a 3 person job. Angi scheduled a 3 person “assembly service” and told me the team would clean my carpet as well. This morning 3 people showed up and told me moving the product from the garage to the room for assembly isn't part of the service and that they were only here to assemble the product if it was in the room it needed to be assembled. The 3 Angi contracted people tell me they aren't allowed to do anything other than assemble the product and that I need the Moving service, Assembly service and the Cleaning service. They gave me a number to call which I did and after waiting on the automated hold for 15 minutes I got a person that was not helpful telling me that the “booking” was only for assembly and not moving. While on the phone the 3 people were messaged by Angi that the job was cancelled and to leave. The 3 Angi people wanted to talk to me so they could leave so I told the Angi rep on the phone that I needed to put him on hold and while on hold he hung up on the call. Apparently buying a product from Walmart for delivery and adding the assembly service is really taking on a subcontractor management job for a subset of the work that is required - this has been the worst purchasing experience of my life!!! Walmart - how are you going to make things right? 1) come pick up your partially assembled product and clean my carpet and refund my $2549.85 $267.00), OR 2) schedule a single day to move the product pieces into the required room and assemble it and clean my carpet? SO FRUSTRATED!!!!!!
