This comprehensive workbook is the cornerstone of the RARE-9 Jaguar Organization's mission to provide a safe and nurturing environment that fosters mentorship, leadership, advocacy, motivational speaking, tutoring, counseling and scholarship assistance.

RARE-9 Jaguar is dedicated to mentoring all youths while making appropriate referrals as necessary, with a special focus on helping young black men navigate and resist the temptations of gun violence. The RARE-9 Jaguar Mentorship Program utilizes this RARE-9 Mentor/Mentee Workbook as a training tool. Finally, The program aims to create an atmosphere where young black males can thrive despite facing racism, discrimination, and bullying.

The RARE-9 Theory consists of Respect, Admiration, Rationalization, and Everyone. The concept of "Nine", is a powerful reminder of the pipeline to prison that often spans nine years, which starts from 3rd grade to 12th grade.
